Patient Choice is the largest NHS dispenser of prescription compression garments in the UK, and we deliver them to your home according to your clinician’s instructions.
We supply all ready-to-wear and made-to-measure compression items, free of charge on NHS prescription (normal NHS prescription costs apply to non-eligible patients).
Medical compression appliances and hosiery/other garments on prescription may be appropriate for lymphoedema, lipoedema and other venous disorders.

A bit more about Patient Choice
The business was established in 2011 by Neil Basil, following his own experience as a patient. He recognised the market for prescription home delivery could be improved both for patients and for the NHS.
We’re always looking for ways to make things better, and we’re working hard to reduce unnecessary waste and expense for the NHS by getting prescriptions right first time. We positively welcome feedback and suggestions. We know medical appliances on prescription are essential to our patients, and often have a sensitive nature, so Patient Choice takes great care and pride in providing our service.
